The XC25 wheelset is built around eitherour flagshipBerd Talon Hubfeaturing hooked hub flanges designed to work specifically with Berd spokes along with a dual-sprung 54t ratchet freehub or Industry Nine Solix Centerlock hubs, delivering almost instantaneous engagement and long-term reliability.
These Berd wheels are also available to be ordered using theOnyx Hook Flange Hub System. This option is available in 12×142 (including single speed), 12×148, and 12×157 super boost rear spacing. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery ofwheels with Onyx hubs.

TECHNOLOGY
Berd spokes are made from an advanced polymer called ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) that has 12 times the strength-to-weight ratio of steel and floats on water. Berd spokes have an improved fatigue life compared to steel and are impervious to the elements.
