The PVC peg features a strong yet lightweight 430 alloy steel core inserted into a fast grinding, injection molded, plastic polymer sleeve. Included with each peg is a hardened steel 4mm/0mm reduction sleeve for use with a 3/8″ / 0mm axles. Unlike smaller diameter pegs that only accept some 7mm sockets, this peg accepts 7mm and 9mm sockets for inatallation/removal.
